Here is a sample day on the HCG diet as well as specifics on what is eaten to remain satisfied and successful during the program. The oral HCG is taken under the tongue three times daily. A B-vitamin complex--included--is essential to the program for nutrients and energy. Green tea is great to help with energy and even helps burn more fat! Coffee is also allowed.
